I'm on the water in Jupiter. I know what a hurricane deductible means in practice, why a 1978 roof changes everything, and what a boat lift does to your liability picture. That context doesn't come through a call center.
Insurance is sold badly most of the time — fast quotes, thin coverage, and nobody around when you file. My work is the opposite of that. I'd rather spend twenty minutes on the phone getting your limits right than sell you the cheapest thing on the screen.
